The New
South Wales Artificial Limb Service (NSW-ALS) is responsible
for providing artificial limbs to eligible community amputees
residing in New South Wales.
The NSW-ALS website lists NSW clinics
and provides resources
for amputees.
The current policy guidelines for the NSW-ALS were developed
during 2001. See Circular
2001/40 for a summary of the policy and procedures.
The circular replaces all previous circulars and/or memoranda
on the NSW-ALS and should be read in conjunction with the
NSW-ALS
Policy Guidelines.
