"My First Health Record" - The NSW Child Personal Health Record
SummaryThe 2007 revision of the NSW child Personal health Record (PHR) incorporates a number of important changes to update the content and make the Record more user-friendly. The printed version, distributed at birth to each baby born in NSW, includes the Parent Evaluation of Developmental Status (PEDS) in each health check from 6 months. The PEDS does not appear in the electronic version. For more information on the changes, refer to Information Bulletin 2007_08.
