Summary

The HCAC Newsletter is a quaterly publication providing a forum for HPT's and GP Council to promote their outcomes and achievements to their membership and broader health networks.

The HCAC Newsletter profiles the activities of the HPT's and GP Council through contributions from each HPT to the following sections: Feature, Article and Update. In so doing the target audience will gain an understanding of the outputs, successes and challenges of the HPT's.
